Frequently asked questions

The download won't start or install fails?+

We recommend downloading with Google Chrome. Check that your device meets the requirements of the selected build.

If Microsoft Edge says the file is not commonly downloaded, first confirm that you downloaded it from the official Naisila website, then:

  1. Open Downloads from the top-right toolbar, or press Ctrl + J.
  2. Find the installer, select its “…” menu and choose “Keep”.
  3. Select “Show more” or “Show details”, then “Keep anyway”. Labels may vary by browser version.
  4. Confirm the filename and source before opening the installer.

These steps apply to the “not commonly downloaded” reputation warning. If the file is identified as malware, stop and contact support.
